The special partnership between Harry Kane and Hyung-Min Son continued in their Tottenham Hotspur match against Leeds United today, Saturday, in round 17 of the Premier League.
Kane scored the first goal for Tottenham in the 29th minute from the penalty mark, before assisting the second goal to Son in the 43rd minute.
According to “Opta”, Son thus managed to score his 100th goal in all competitions with Tottenham, since his debut with the Spurs in September 2015.
No player scored more goals for the London team than Son, only Kane scored 169 goals.
The duo also made 13 goals for each other in the Premier League this season, and there is no duo who assisted more goals for each other in one season throughout the Premier League’s history, after they equaled Alan Shearer and Chris Sutton’s record in the (1994-1995) season.
