The Egyptian Mohamed Salah, the star of Liverpool, surpassed Cristiano Ronaldo, the star of Juventus, in the English Premier League.
Salah scored a draw for his team against host Fulham from the penalty mark, last Sunday, in the 12th round of the Premier League this season.
With this, Salah scored his 85th goal in 132 Premier League matches, surpassing Ronaldo, who scored 84 goals when he was a player in the ranks of Manchester United.
Salah equaled the total goals of Eden Hazard, the current Real Madrid star, and former Chelsea, in the Premier League (85), which the latter scored in 245 matches, according to the “Transfer Market” website.
Liverpool tied with Fulham one goal to remain in second place on goal difference from leaders Tottenham Hotspur.
